If you thought you would never put your own homeworld in your deck, this card should change your mind. It opens up the possibility of two seeded Cardassian facilities with reporting capabilities (though your Cardassian opponent could us this one, too). All those interesting HQ cards, while not requiring the headquarters for use, play for free when Central Command is play, as do Cardassian Guls and Legates. Dukat, Tekeny Ghemor and others with swell your Cardassian ranks rapidly while you use your normal card plays for support personnel.

Combos:

  • Central Command + Treaty: Romulan/Cardassian + Turrel: Your seeded treaty remains safe from nullification when you activate it after Legate Turrel plays for free.
  • Central Command + opponent's Orb Negotiations + HQ: Secure Homeworld + Dukat + SECURITY + STRENGTH > 35: Steal his Orb artifacts and 35 points, and the two key cards play for free.
