Acting as both a "wall" and "killer" dilemma, Assassin’s Blade almost gives you two dilemmas for the price of one. The conditions of CUNNING > 36 or 2 SECURITY means your opponent will have to commit a fair number of personnel to their mission attempt. And since it doesn't tell you to discard it, Assassin's Blade will remain even if it kills a personnel. That makes it the perfect opening dilemma before a powerful combo - or an insult added to injury after such a combo. Combos:
