Treaty: Cardassian/Bajoran from Allen Gould (01/24/2001)

Now, I know what you're thinking. It's a Treaty. We can recite the card text by heart. How on Ferenginar is he going to fill a card extra talking about a treaty?

Well, let's get through the basics. It doesn't seed on it's own, so you'll need to either use Open Diplomatic Relations, or play it normally (either by using Q’s Tent, or Kai Winn's special download). And if you need to play it normally (if it gets Devil'ed or some such), you can play it for free if Kai Winn, Bareil, or Turrel is in play.

Now, what do you do with it? The Bajorans and Cardassians share a lot of mission space - both of them are often found in the Bajoran and Cardassian regions. Being able to play both affiliations will let you keep more of your missions together.

Combo:

• Deep Space 9 / Terok Nor + Nor: With Ops on each Nor, you'll be able to download essentially any personnel in your deck, while still using the best of each affiliation. Add an Ore Processing Unit to the Nor, and a Bajoran Shrine to DS9, and you can cycle your deck twice as fast!
