In terms of overcoming dilemmas, Ishka's skills may seem a bit slight. However, you'll find no shortage of uses for Acquisition and Computer Skill, and very few Ferengi with Honor (valuable if you've used Bribery on a mission with that rather un-Ferengi requirement). Toss in Music if you're thinking of Ressikan Flute, a nice INTEGRITY and an exceptionally high CUNNING, and Ishka comes out not too shabby. She really sails ahead when you consider her special skills, however. When present with Grand Nagus Zek, she doubles his regular skills. Double Greed, double Leadership, double Law, double Diplomacy, and three Acquisition between the two of them is a very tempting prospect indeed. You can also report Latinum directly to her location for free, making it as easy as possible to fund anything from heaps of Bribery to lots of investing in the Ferengi Credit Exchange to huge caches of Equipment cards.
