Rule notes Official Runlings: This artifact is worth a variable number of points (it does not score points each turn), depending on the number of personnel with Music skill you have in play (not the number of Music skills). For example, if you have four personnel with Music skill in play when you earn the Flute, it is worth 20 points. If you report another Music personnel for duty, it is worth 25 points. If two of those personnel are killed, it will be worth only 15 points. Two copies of a universal personnel with Music cannot both affect the value of the Flute at the same time. See cumulative.
