Kira Founder from Evan Lorentz (01/1999)

This Founder has some rather Jem'Hadar-like skills. Players trying to avoid using Jem'Hadar in your Dominion strategy will greatly appreciate her OFFICER, SECURITY, Leadership and Navigation. It's also topped off with Computer Skill and Resistance (and of course, the ever-present Treachery). In short, the Kira Founder will often prove as valuable to a Dominion deck as the real Kira Nerys is to a Bajoran deck. Speaking of the real Kira Nerys, you'll also find value in using this Founder to infiltrate a Bajoran opponent.

Combos:

• Kira Founder + Install Autonomic Systems Parasite: This objective works great against the Bajorans. Their two most commonly used ships (the Bajoran Interceptor and Assault Vessel) both have WEAPONS greater than their SHIELDS. You should always be able to inflict damage when you turn one against the other.
• Kira Founder + Issue Secret Orders + Duonetic Field Generator: The Bajorans are often slow at building up ENGINEER personnel. If you can force them into a Duonetic Field Generator before they're ready, you'll buy yourself a lot of turns to run freely around the spaceline.
