Rule notes Major Rakal's Dilemma Facts Opponent chooses a ship or outpost at this location(not necessarily where mission attempted from) to place dilemma on. (If no ship or outpost, discard dilemma.) AT/crew is not "stopped" and must continue to next dilemma. At end of each of your turns, if any personnel present on affected ship or outpost and no Medical Kit present, randomly select one personnel to be killed. Only one Medical Kit is required to protect all personnel aboard. Discard dilemma when cured with 6 ENGINEER. Official Runlings: Only one Medical Kit is required aboard the ship or outpost affected by this dilemma to prevent any personnel from dying at the end of each turn.
