With no conditions, this dilemma is bound to at least "stop" one personnel, and if you, the opponent, are lucky enough to have an even score at that time, you get a kill. But the really unusual part is what happens if you don't pass the "wall" part of the dilemma (no Geology present): rather than just replacing the dilemma under the mission at the bottom of the stack, you shuffle it into the seed pile. This will disrupt any combos you have, so use dilemmas that will work in any order. And if your opponent happens to seed Changeling Research, be sure to take advantage of its doubling of the effect of Seismic Quake to two personnel.
