Ril is that universal woman's touch, perfect for passing Matriarchal Societies in the Delta Quadrant and abroad. In any case, Ril will be helpful as a universal Kazon MEDICAL, that all-important skill. Sure, there's Rabek, but if you're using Combat Training, you'll enjoy the fact that she's in the Ogla sect. She brings +5 points to that mission and reports for free to Jabin, thanks to The Kazon Collective. She also brings you that much closer to enabling a Kurlan Naiskos on your already impressive Kazon Warship with her two personnel types. Anthropology and Geology are a proven combo for Restock Supplies, but are even more important for dilemma-busting. As a CIVILIAN, she's the perfect personnel to pass Primitive Culture, for example.
