Revive Settlers allows your away team to rescue some folks who have been cryogenically preserved on a former ice cube of a planet. It's a potentially dangerous mission, so you will probably want to send down a hologram. This is a mission that can fit easily into any Delta Quadrant strategy. Essentially, any affiliation can solve this mission with the help of the Non-Aligned. Not only that, but Computer Skill and Diplomacy are fairly easy skills to get. You'll need them for quite a few dilemmas anyway. Being 35 points, it is just high enough for the Borg to make good use of it and low enough so you can protect it from theft with Fair Play. Combos:
