Card Extra Penk from Michel M. Albert (05/24/2001) |

|
It used to be a game in itself to decide which was more smarmy, Weyoun or Brunt. Now you can add Penk to that list. (Hey! One per quadrant if you count Mr. Brunt!) Seriously tough, Penk brings a number of nasty things to the Delta quadrant. The double dose of Treachery means he can run a Protection Racket and make good on his threat, either by producing a hand weapon with The Art of Diplomacy or a Tsunkatse champ. The SECURITY/Treachery combo means he'll be able to interrogate, brainwash, and torture at your Kazon or Vidiian brig. The rare Acquisition gives him access to a few Rules of Acquisition, and the Greedy fellow has nothing to fear from such dilemmas as Chula: The Game. And don't let the middling STRENGTH fool you. This guy is made for personnel battles. If he gets into a scrape, he can simply suspend play to download The Pendari Champion's high STRENGTH and battle-related skill. Other Tsunkatse fighters will no doubt give him more options beyond the Voyager expansion. If he's going to look for trouble, might as well make use of the 34th Rule of Acquisition, getting card draws or Latinum for initiating the battles the Pendari will no doubt win. Or dare your opponent to attack you by using the 35th Rule instead (then download a Tsunkatse champ). Combos:
