While Gurat置rak's Navigation and Transporter Skill will always be useful for evading navigational hazards and running Invasive Beam-Ins, you'll want him primarily for his special skill of protecting Equipment cards from Disruptor Overloads. Most important to the Jem'Hadar, of course, are Ketracel-White cards. You'll want at least one copy of this universal personnel in every crew or Away Team that includes Jem'Hadar, to ensure that at least one Ketracel-White survives to sustain them. Combo:
