Rule notes Major Rakal's Dilemma Facts If The Traveler: Transcendence is not affecting you, or if no AT/crew members have (CUNNING + INTEGRITY) < 12, discard dilemma and continue to next. Otherwise: If AT/crew meets conditions (Empathy), discard dilemma and continue to next. If not, all AT/crew members with (CUNNING + INTEGRITY) < 12 are killed; AT/ship and crew are "stopped"; replace dilemma under mission to be encountered again.
