Rule notes Major Rakal's Dilemma Facts If no Romulan-affiliation ship (either player's) is at this location, discard dilemma and continue to next. Otherwise: Place dilemma on mission. All ships and personnel (both players') currently at this location are placed in stasis until dilemma cured. Discard dilemma when cured (by either player) by playing Emergency Transporter Armbands or by a moving or reporting a new ENGINEER to the location (Timepod Ring cure mechanism is still unknown). Ships arriving at the location after the dilemma is encountered are not affected. (Cyber Drone may prevent crew from being placed in stasis but not ship.) Official Runlings: Any ship of Romulan affiliation or origin at the mission location will trigger this dilemma (not just the ship attempting the mission). Only ships and personnel at the location when the dilemma is encountered (including personnel aboard a facility at the location) are placed in stasis; ships and personnel arriving later do not enter stasis. Any player may bring in a new ENGINEER or play Emergency Transporter Armbands to cure the dilemma and release all ships and personnel from stasis. See affiliation and ship origin.
