Crisis

Starters only card from Voyager (2001) / Common card from The Dominion (1998)

Voyager: Retrieving a computer processor stolen from U.S.S. Voyager required a coordinated effort. As the crew performed scans from orbit, Captain Janeway conducted reconnaissance on the surface.

The Dominion: The crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise-E faced concurrent problems in 2063. The Borg required Picard's attention while Riker and the away team worked with Cochrane on Earth.

Major Rakal's Dilemma Facts

If you meet conditions (Leadership (or Borg Communication and Borg Defense icons) in Away Team and an OFFICER-classification personnel (or 2 Borg Defense Borg) aboard your ship at this location), discard dilemma and continue to next. If not, AT is "stopped"; replace dilemma under mission to be encountered again. (Ship and crew, if any, are not "stopped", because they are not participating in the mission attempt.)

Official Runlings:

Because the ship at the location is not actually attempting the mission, the ship and crew are not "stopped" if this dilemma is not overcome. Only the attempting Away Team is "stopped."
