It turns out that the Cardassians have great potential as a battle affiliation. Their feature ship, the Galor, is easier to staff than Romulan D’deridex and Klingon Vor'cha class ships. It takes one more staff than a Klingon K'Vort, but in exchange you get an extra WEAPONS and SHIELDS... in other words, your Galors won't be quite so easy meat if you should come up against another battle strategy.
