Do you remember playing Romulan before Thermal Deflectors? Do you remember the pain of a Firestorm? Haven't you ever wanted to turn that firepower back on those Feds who made you eat flame? Here's your chance.

While Firestorm targets INTEGRITY, Flash Plasma Storm targets a combination of STRENGTH and CUNNING. If they're not strong enough or smart enough to get out of the way, they're toast. And yes, you'll want some PADDs to help you through this - to be "smart enough", you need CUNNING of at least 9. Those battle hungry decks with the multiple hand weapons won't find them any help - they're ignored when checking STRENGTH here. (What - you thought you could shoot your way out of this one?)

Mission specialists often fall prey to Plasma. Those 5 or 10 points may be enough to force your opponent to attempt another mission. Combine the Flash kill with a filter such as Chula: the Chandra, to make later kills more successful.
