Yet another reason to stock up on equipment (wouldn't you rather lose an equipment card than a personnel?), this dilemma is a great one to play at any mission that requires equipment. Unless your opponent has a Weapons Locker aboard, or is well stocked with a variety of equipment, you may get to stall him while he returns to his outpost - maybe even to the Alpha Quadrant! - to pick up another disruptor or Medical Kit. It also lends itself to a number of dilemma combos that will put a severe dent his resources. Combo:
