The mirror version of Julian Bashir is quite different from the mild-mannered doctor on Deep Space Nine. During the fight to overthrow the alliance, he was the one who had the interesting (to say the least) duty of interrogating and torturing the Intendant. His card's special download brings this to life in game play. The first thing you'll notice about this hot-headed Terran rebel is that he isn't a doctor at all. His skill set is completely different from that of the various Bashirs from outside the Mirror Universe. Being a captain, it makes sense that his classification is OFFICER. He also has a diverse array of skills including Smuggling which is a very tough skill to come by in the Federation. With this mix of skills, he should easily find his way into most Terran Empire-based decks as well as regular Federation decks. Combos:
