This modest little ship has a few surprises in store. With both [AU] and [OS] icons, it can report in orbit of Sherman’s Peak, or you can utilize its universal icon to download it with a Spacedoor in any quadrant. Although its raw attributes aren't impressive, it has a matching commander to potentially increase its stats to a respectable 8-8-8 with Captain’s Log and Defiant Dedication Plaque. But that's not all. Unlike the unique ship of the D-7 class, the I.K.C. Gr’oth, this Battle Cruiser is dual-affiliation. Select Romulan or Klingon, giving the Klingons the option of a D-7 with a cloaking device, lacking on the Gr'oth. Staffing is simple enough - any one [AU] personnel matching its current affiliation can do the job alone. That could be its Romulan matching commander, downloadable with Ready Room Door, or one of the universal [OS] Klingons or Romulans, which the ship can download, or any other [AU] personnel, who can report aboard with Crew Reassignment.
