While the Dominion has Espionage capability against several affiliations, it is arguably against Federation that they are the strongest. Many of the skill requirements on Federation missions (particularly from premiere) play right to the Dominion's strengths. Plenty of good ENGINEERs make Repair Mission, Explore Dyson Sphere, and other space missions viable choices. The Diplomacy readily available on nearly all Vorta make the classic Federation Diplomacy deck easily workable as a Dominion strategy. And to top it all off, there are two Federation infiltrator personnel that allow you to play the Espionage for free. Combo:
