This Vorta (the only one who isn't a V.I.P.) will probably go straight from a freshly opened booster pack into a Dominion deck. Eris is the only other ready (non-equipment, etc.) Dominion source of MEDICAL, and while there's nothing wrong with multiple Erises, a little variety is also a good thing. Borath certainly provides it. On top of the all-important MEDICAL, he also has SCIENCE and Exobiology, two more skills called for by a number of nasty dilemmas. Vorta can almost always be counted on for Treachery, and Borath doesn't disappoint. It's all rounded off with the only Dominion Cybernetics, protection against the Borg Servo and great for building up a different kind of fighting force... Combo:
