Timing - each turn  Frequency - once per turn  Cost - in place of your normal card play 

(Reason: download any outpost or headquarters if you have a matching ENGINEER at an appropriate location.
Location: to a matching ENGINEER at an appropriate location at any quadrant.
Further costs: discard Construct Starship OR draw no cards this turn.)

Timing - each turn  Frequency - no restriction 

(Reason: download Remote Supply Depot (plus one Ketracel-White) when you solve mission where you have played Subjugate Planet.
Location: where you 'solve' Subjugate Planet at any quadrant.)

Ultimatum

Timing - each turn  Frequency - once per game 

(Reason: download Remote Supply Depot with up to two Equipment cards if your have a Affiliation Dominion ENGINEER at any Mission Dominion mission in Alpha Quadrant.
Location: to your Affiliation Dominion ENGINEER at any Mission Dominion mission in Alpha Quadrant at alpha quadrant.)
