The Borg use neural energy to collectively repair damaged biological and technological components. The Queen often serves as the focal point.

Plays to fully repair and "stop" any Borg Ship dilemma or Borg ship (nullifying any cards reducing its attributes) OR to shuffle your discard pile into your draw deck. Discard event.

Rule notes

Official Runlings:

If seed cards such as dilemmas or artifacts are shuffled into your deck using this event, you may not use or discard them unless a card specifically allows it. See discard pile, discarding. The Regenerate card is discarded after the deck regeneration is complete.
