Major Rakal's Dilemma Facts

If your draw deck is empty, discard dilemma and continue to next. Otherwise: Probe your draw deck (look at top card). If one of the listed icons (Referee, Barash-Illusion Icon, Gamma Quadrant, Affiliation Ferengi) appears anywhere on the probe card, choose two personnel in AT/crew to be "stopped". If not, opponent chooses one personnel in AT/crew to be "stopped". Rest of AT/crew is not "stopped" and must continue to next dilemma. Draw probe card and discard dilemma regardless of outcome.
